Information you give us through our contact form. When you complete the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, phone number, information about your vehicle, the message you send us, and your preferred appointment date.

Information you give us through a Meta lead form. If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram using Meta's built-in lead form, you provide your name, phone number, and vehicle year, make, and model.You submit this information on Meta's platform, not ours. Meta receives and stores it directly and makes it available to us. Meta generally retains lead-form submissions for a limited period (approximately 90 days) before we export them into our own records. Please also review Meta's privacy policy for how it handles information you enter on its platform.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and, where our advertising and analytics tools are active (see Sections 6 and 8), cookies and similar technologies collect information about your visit as described in those sections.

3. Where we get your information

We collect Personal Information: directly from you, when you complete our contact form, submit a Meta lead form, or call, text, or email us;automatically, through server logs and, where those tools are active, cookies and the Meta Pixel as you use the Site; andfrom Meta, when you respond to our ads on Facebook or Instagram.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiry and answer your questions;
  • quote, schedule, and perform detailing, paint-protection-film, and window-tint work;
  • contact you about your vehicle, your appointment, and the status of your service;
  • send you marketing about our services, offers, and promotions, where you have consented (see Section 7);
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • measure and improve our advertising; and
  • keep records and meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

5. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described in this Policy.

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Meta is an independent third party that uses information it receives for its own purposes, including delivering and measuring advertising and improving its own products and services. When you submit a Meta lead form, Meta receives your information directly. Where the Meta Pixel and Conversions API are active on our website, Meta also receives the website-activity information described in Section 6. Because Meta uses this information for its own purposes, some of this activity may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising under state privacy laws, and you may opt out as described in Section 9.
  • Service providers. We use a small number of providers that handle information on our behalf and under our instructions: awebsite hosting provider (which also runs the service that delivers your contact-form submission to us and may perform an automated bot check that sees your IP address) and acustomer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platformthat stores your customer and inquiry records and helps us send you the text messages and emails you receive from us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not exchange your Personal Information for money.

6. Advertising, Meta Lead Ads, and the Meta Pixel

We advertise (and intend to expand our advertising) on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta.

  • Meta Lead Ads. If you respond to an ad using a Meta lead form, you submit your information on Meta's platform. Meta receives and stores it directly and generally retains it for approximately 90 days before we export it into our records.
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Where these tools are active on the Site, they help us understand which ads lead to inquiries and measure how the Site performs. They collect website-activity information and identifiers, including hashed contact information, and provide it to Meta, which uses it for its own advertising and product purposes.
  • Custom and Lookalike Audiences. Where we use these tools, we may provide Meta with hashed contact information (email address and/or phone number) so we can show ads to our existing customers or to people who resemble them.

Because Meta is an independent third party that uses this information for its own purposes, you may opt out of this "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can adjust your ad and data settings within your Facebook and Instagram accounts, use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com, and use the choices we provide in Section 9 and, where active, our cookie banner.

7. Marketing calls, texts, and email

We contact you about your specific inquiry, vehicle, and appointment using the phone number and email address you provide. We send marketing or promotionalcalls, texts, and emails, including messages sent using automated technology,only where you have given us express consent to do so, for example by checking the consent box on our contact form or Meta lead form.Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency varies.

You may opt out at any time, by any reasonable means:

  • Text messages: reply STOP(or CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text from us. You may also ask us to stop by any other reasonable method, and we will honor your request.
  • Email: use the unsubscribelink in our marketing emails.
  • Phone calls: ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list by calling (248) 893-7389.

If you ask us to stop marketing to you on one channel, we will honor your request and, where we can, apply it to our other marketing channels; you may also opt out of each channel separately using the methods above. We honor opt-out requestswithin 10 business days and maintain an internal do-not-call list. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you as needed about an active request, order, or appointment.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-message (SMS) opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. (As described in Sections 5 and 6, where we use the Meta Pixel or Meta Custom Audiences we may provide Meta with hashed contact information forour own advertising, and Meta may use that information for its own purposes; we do not provide your phone number or SMS opt-in information to other companies for their own independent marketing.)

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website function and remember your choices. Today, the Site uses only essential cookies that are necessary for it to work; we do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies.

Where we activate advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, additional cookies and similar technologies will collect the information described in Section 6, and we will present a cookie consent banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time. Our separateCookie & Tracking Notice describes these technologies in more detail and, where it is published, is linked in the footer of the Site.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Based on our size and operations, we do not believe we meet the revenue or consumer-volume thresholds that would make us a "covered business" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or other U.S. state privacy laws. Even so, we choose to make the following privacy choices available to all of our visitors:

  • Access — ask what Personal Information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
  • Delete — ask us to delete the Personal Information we hold about you;
  • Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate Personal Information we hold about you; and
  • Opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising — where our advertising tools are active, you can stop the sharing of your information with Meta for cross-context targeted advertising using the cookie banner or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal (see Section 6).

Non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised any of these choices.

How to exercise your choices. For access, deletion, and correction requests, contact us by phone at (248) 893-7389 or by mail at the address in Section 1. We aim to acknowledge your request promptly and to respond within about 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent (subject to reasonable verification). If we are unable to grant a request, we will explain why, and you may ask us to reconsider. To opt out of "sharing" for advertising, use the cookie banner or a Global Privacy Control signal as described in Section 6.

Global Privacy Control. Where our advertising and analytics tools are active, we intend to honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising in that browser.

California residents. California's "Shine the Light" law lets California residents ask about Personal Information shared with third parties for those third parties' own direct-marketing purposes. Other than the advertising activity described in Sections 5 and 6, we do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. California residents may request the information this law provides using the contact details in Section 1.

10. How long we keep your information

We keep Personal Information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which we delete it or remove information that identifies you. The periods in the table in Section 2 are the retention targets we aim for; we delete or de-identify information within a reasonable time after it is no longer needed. Where the same information about your customer relationship is held under more than one category — for example, an inquiry that later becomes a customer record — the longerapplicable period governs. Standalone technical data, such as server logs, is deleted on its own schedule (about 90 days) regardless of other categories. We keep do-not-call and unsubscribe records for as long as necessary to honor your opt-out.

11. Security and data breaches

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us right away if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure. If a data breach affects your Personal Information, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate authorities where and as required by applicable law, including Michigan's data-breach-notification law, without unreasonable delay.

12. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are directed to adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Accessibility

We are working to make our website and these policies accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. If you have difficulty accessing any part of our Site or this Policy, or if you need this information in a different format, please contact us at (248) 893-7389 or the address in Section 1, and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the Site. We review this Policy periodically and update it as our practices or the law change. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
